The top rack of vertical press double decker bike rack is made from hot dipped galvanized steel which ensures solidness, durability and longevity. And the bottom rack of vertical press double decker bike rack can be made from galvanized steel or aluminium alloy, so our vertical press double decker bike rack is a maintenance-free bike rack.
The vertical press double decker bike rack is excellent in space saving, because these bike racks are so compact with a centre to centre distance of only 480mm. The double decker bike racks can be installed against a wall or a central spine. They can be arranged in single row or double rows one against one. To ensure the enough width of the bike path,  they can be also installed at 30 or 45 degree angle according to the site size.
The minimum width of bike path is only 1700mm, so our double decker bike racks fit the narrow aisle very well.
In addition, the height of space required for installing the bike racks should be at least 2.6m.

1.  Higher parking capacity than gas assisted double deck bike racks, which is laid by a ratio of 1:1, but our vertical press double decker bike racks are laid by a ratio of 1:2, i.e. one rack on the top level can match two racks on the bottom level.
2.  Our bike racks are suitable for installation in narrow space, because the width of bike path is only 1700mm, and they can be installed at 0,10,15,30,45 degree as per the site size.
3.Simple operation, the top rack can be directly pressed down to ground, and the bottom rack can slide along the fixed rail horizontally.
4.The own security bars of top and bottom racks can lock each bike securely.
