On August 8, 2017,  a worker of our company was installing the two tier bike racks at Daxing Zhaoyuan Subway Station. These two tier bike racks were installed due to serious insufficiency of bike parking space at the subway stations in Daxing, which has planned to build 27 bike parking spots near to entrances/exits of subway stations in Daxing.
The worker showed the reporter how to park the bike. You should lower or lift the top rack for bike storage by pressing the button on the handle of top rack.
Due to more and more passengers who ride in the subways, the quantity of bikes parked near to the stations is rapidly increased, and even some of pedestrain lanes outside the stations have been occupied by non-motor vehicles.Therefore, it’s required to build 9700 bike parking spaces around over ten subway stations in Daxing.
These two tier bike racks are mainly used for storing the private non-motor vehicles of citizens, not for the shared bikes.
