Our automatic two tier rack is a two-tiered bike rack parking system capable of automatic operations via button or small ball of handle of its top rack.

When you want to store a bike on the bottom or top level of two tier bike racks, please load the bike into the wheel channel directly if the bottom level has empty space on it, or please push the bikes on the bottom level aside to give one empty space for the bike you want to store if its bottom level is fully occupied, and then lower the top rack to ground for loading your bike by pressing the button or ball on the handle of top rack.

When you want to retrieve the bike from the top or bottom level of two tier bike racks, please push the bike on its bottom level to one side and lower the bike on its top level to ground via button or small ball of top rack if your bike is on its top level, and then remove the bike from the top rack. If your bike is on its bottom level, please remove the bike directly from its bottom level.
