2 tier bike racks installed at Hangzhou Railway East Station was reported at Hangzhou TV Life Channel in 2016. The reporter said that such two tier bike rack project could resolve the insufficiency of bike parking space at Hangzhou Railway Station.

The advantages of such public two tier bike rack parking garage include small area, large storage capacity, convenient use, etc. 100% of space can be utilized by adopting 2 tier bike racks, which shall not be limited to site ground size. It can reduce the land cost greately at crowded areas.

The bottom racks of our 2 tier bike racks can slide along one rail horizontally. If you want to park your bike at a certain place, you can push the bikes near to this place lightly to leave the unoccupied space. If no space for your bike on the ground, you can lower or lift the top rack for parking your bike on the top level by turning a black small ball on its top rack handle. Its vertical lifting rack is used to support the top rack, lower or lift the bike, and fix the rack and bike on the ground, which is commonly made of aluminium alloy. Its sliding rail is also often made of aluminium alloy, and its top and bottom racks can be made of steel or aluminium alloy.
